Step-by-Step: How I Mine Without Burning My Laptop
Step 1: Clean & Elevate (Most Important)
Open the back panel and blow out dust. Buy a laptop cooler pad (~$20) or at least 2 bottle caps to lift the rear. Never mine with the laptop flat on a table. Temps drop 8–10°C instantly.

In MSI Afterburner, drop core to -200. Laptops need less core for mining. High core = heat. Memory does the work. This alone saves ~15W of heat.

This is the secret. At 80% you lose only 10% hashrate but save 30% heat and VRM stress. Your motherboard will thank you.
