ViaBTC Review 2026 — Complete guide to fees, payout methods, and best coins for Nigerian miners.

ViaBTC is the 4th largest Bitcoin mining pool in the world. If you own an ASIC (S19, L7) or GPU rig (Kaspa, ETC) in Nigeria, you WILL use a pool like ViaBTC. Is it legit? How much are fees? How to withdraw to Binance? Here is my 3-year test.

Verdict in 30 Seconds: ViaBTC is 100% legit — 8+ years, mines 18 EH/s, pays daily since 2016. Fees are 2% PPS+ / 4% PPLNS. Best for BTC, LTC+DOGE merged mining, Kaspa, ETC. Supports auto-conversion to BTC and low withdrawal (0.0001 BTC). Best pool for Nigerians with ASICs or Jasminer.

5. How to Connect Your Miner to ViaBTC (5 mins)

STEP 1: Create Pool Account Go to pool.viabtc.com > Sign up > Set 2FA (Google Authenticator) — critical STEP 2: Create Worker Dashboard > Workers > Create — Name: mineschool001 . Password: 123456 (any). You'll get stratum URL. STEP 3: Configure Miner For Jasminer X4: Open miner IP > Pool: stratum+tcp://etc.viabtc.com:3000 > Worker: yourViaBTCUsername.mineschool001 > Password: 123 For BTC ASIC: btc.viabtc.com:3333 etc STEP 4: Set Payout Settings > Auto Withdraw > BTC Address: Your Binance BTC address > Threshold: 0.001 BTC > Auto Convert: ON (if mining LTC/KAS, convert to BTC automatically)

6. Payout to Nigeria — My Method

ViaBTC → Auto Convert to BTC → Auto Withdraw to Binance BTC (every 24h) → Binance P2P → Naira to Opay. Threshold low: 0.0001 BTC for BTC pool. No KYC for withdrawals under 10 BTC/day.
